Welcome to the Automatic Autism Screening and Quality Improvement Program! Below is a list of steps you will need to complete to get started with the program.

• Complete the Individual Registration Form
  Access the Individual Registration Form


• Complete the Practice Registration Form (1 per clinic)
  The Practice Registration Form needs to be completed only once for your whole clinic or practice. We recommend that a main administrative contact person complete this form.

• Sign-up for an Introductory Webcast session
  Once you submit your Individual Registration Form, we will contact you to schedule a time for you to join a live Introductory Webcast session.
  


• Take the online autism quiz – Baseline
  Complete the online autism quiz before your scheduled Introductory Webcast. We ask that you take the quiz before watching the training video, as this will serve as a baseline measurement. Please note: Your score will not affect your ability to get MOC credit.
  Create a username and password Click "Start Test" to begin.
  If you need to, log back into the website


• Watch the autism training video
  Access the autism training video Click "Start Learning" to begin.


• Retake the online autism quiz
  Access the autism quiz. Click "Start Test" to begin.


• Participate in an Introductory Webcast
  During the webcast, you will learn more details about quality improvement and how to use CHADIS for autism screening. The autism training video and quiz will also be discussed. Once you complete the webcast, you are ready to start your three Quality Improvement cycles!
